Have used this product for years. It is excellent.

I love the Wheat Germ Blonde colour and always receive compliments about it. The downside is that the colour can get a bit brassy in the sun, so I have to watch out for that. Can’t be helped because of the peroxide in the dye. In winter I don’t have the same issue. It completely covers my grey and lasts for 6-8 weeks. Minimal odour in comparison to less natural dyes.

Easy to apply , love that it has no smell . Felt kinder to hair , good amount of nourishing hair mask . Wasn’t so happy with colour shade but that’s probably my error on picking shade .

Not as light as some of the images show, but still a good colour.

A very natural colour but fades quite quickly, possibly due to setting lotions I use.

My hairdresser mixes this with 7N and a dash of Ash for a beautiful natural Auburn shade which I love

I love Naturtint. My hair is SO much healthier since I started using it. I will never go back to the other makes. Wheat germ is the perfect colour for me. I love the scent of the natural ingredients too, and that the ingredients used have made such a difference to my hair. Specials and promotions mean I get to try other products as well as the hair colour. Love the shampoo, conditioner and am about to try the hair strengthener too. Delivered in good time. Fantastic brand.

Think twice before using it. It all depends on your colour Base. I was dark gold blonde and after dyeing the hair with wheat 8N I ended up with copper blonde. It is brassy all red. I mean a total disaster. I followed the instructions, did a test. Now I hope I can return normal.

Thank you for your feedback Vanessa. We’re sorry to hear that you are not happy with the results of the 8N – we have tried to reach out to see if we can help improve the results for you so do get in touch if you would like to speak to one of our team 🙂. If the hair had previously been coloured with Dark Golden Blonde, any permanent colour would struggle to lift to an 8N level as unfortunately colour cannot lift colour. Likewise if the hair was naturally darker than Dark Golden Blonde at the roots, the 8N would be too light as Naturtint can only lighten by two shades. In both cases an application of the 8N shade could have resulted in a brassy colour, however there are ways to remedy this which we would welcome the opportunity to share.
